Exhibitor Opportunities / Forms
The Diabetes Core Curriculum Workshop (DCCW) has a wonderful reputation for providing comprehensive, practical, professional education. Our goal is to improve patient quality of care and patient outcomes by providing the most up-to-date diabetes information to those attending. The DCCW is offered twice annually in the spring and fall in Queens, NY.
Over the past 16 years, the DCCW has attracted multidisciplinary healthcare professionals like nurses, dietitians, physician assistants and pharmacists who not only want to increase their diabetes knowledge but want to learn about the latest diabetes therapeutic modalities and patient care services they can use in their facilities to enhance the way they treat and educate their patients.
These healthcare professionals and diabetes educators meet with approximately 1,000 patients per year. They help consumers decide what factors will help them manage their diabetes such as diet, exercise, medications, self monitoring and stress reduction. Each one of these components is important in designing an individualized, therapeutic treatment modality.
By exhibiting at the DCCW, you will have the opportunity to address one or all of these components by familiarizing healthcare educators with your products and/or services, engaging in face-to-face communication, providing hands-on product demonstrations, and distributing educational materials. In addition, you will be able to receive valuable feedback from attendees.
