Register early to lock in your seat. Onsite registration is not available - walk-ins will not be accepted. Contact us after March 15, 2010 (before sending in your registration form) to ensure space availability. You will not be registered unless you receive a confirmation letter.

*** DCCW = Diabetes Core Curriculum Workshop. If you have attended this workshop before, you qualify for the discounted rate only if your payment is received by the early registration deadline. Full tuition is due after the early registration deadline has passed.
